Fresh start

First off, I thank God for keeping my family thru 2020. I did not write anything all last year. My heart was so full that I could not bring myself to focus enough to write. So much has happen that now I find myself ready to get back to writing. I purpose in my heart to speak out about things that concern me. There are circumstances happening in the world that concerns me and that could affect my family as I am the mother of 3 young black men.

I trust God and believe he will see us thru anything. God, family, and country is what I have been taught to love. I am a southern girl from Mississippi and despite all of it problems I love the people of this state and only want what is best for us all.

Most of all, my family is the gift that God has given me. I will do everything to protect the gift.
