I am pro life. I don't believe in abortion. There are many families that would be happy to adopt a child or more. When I was younger, I thought about adoption as an option. Doctors told me that I would never be able to carry a baby to full term. Thanks to God after praying for ten 10 years with my church family, my husband and I have been blessed with 3 sons. So again, I am pro life to the fullest.
What I men about pro life to the fullest is pro life before and after birth. Some people are only pro life while the mother is carrying the child in the womb. It amazes me the same person that picket abortion clinics will sit on a jury and find a person not guilty of murder for killing a 10 year old black boy playing with a toy gun in the park. I use to play cops and rubbers with my friends growing up. In this climate that my children are growing up in, I can allow them to do the same.
My sons are 9, 12, and 14. Pro life should mean that young black men that make simple misdemeanor offenses such simple traffic violations should not be afraid of dying. Having a light out on your car, speeding, or parking violations such not be a warrant for death. It seems to me that a lot of folks are pro life in name only because it is ok to take the life of a person of color after they are born.
Keep in mind it not just a black and white issues. Anytime a jury finds a woman not guilty of murder for killing her own child. Time and time again there's a parent on trail for abuse and or murder of a child or children. Where are the pro lifers, when these people get off on temporary insanity?
If you are going to be pro life, live it everyday and in everyway. Let God be God.
