School

It is that time of year again. In just 2 days, the children return to school. So today was a busy yet fun day. My 3 young men and I were picking up the last few items on the school supply lists. While spending time with my children was great, the school supply list for our school district seems to be growing. Every year that list gets longer, but I do thank God for being able to get what my children need.

I pray the schools across this country are safe. So many people talk about prayer in the schools. We must first learn to pray over our own children. Before everyone start their day, prayer should always come first. Young people face so much these days. Communication with God for the students, teachers, principle, superintendent, and staff of each school district is a must. God is the only one that knows what is best and how to truly protect and save our young people.

I pray every child have a safe and successful school year.
